MEET THE FOUNDERS

We’re Oliver and Charlotte Hayes, the founders of Alder & Bloom.

What started as a small idea between the two of us has grown into something far more meaningful than we ever imagined. From the very beginning, we’ve believed that clothing should feel comfortable, reliable, and easy to wear — pieces you can reach for without a second thought, whether you’re heading out for the day or simply enjoying time at home.

As parents, life is often busy and full, and that’s exactly where our inspiration comes from. With children of our own, we understand the importance of clothing that not only looks good, but truly works in everyday life — effortless, durable, and made to keep up with you.

Over the years, Alder & Bloom has grown alongside our family. What began at our kitchen table has evolved into a brand shaped by a wonderful community of people who appreciate simple, well-made clothing just as much as we do.
